How can you screw up Tic Tac Toe?

Seriously! How can you screw up Tic Tac Toe? Well they did. Its like the computer Wants to lose. I win even if I give the computer every chance to win.

On a good note, I do like the glow theme, and the sounds are good, but the game is still unplayable.
